During most parts of the course we will use the flipped classroom approach. Flipped classroom has been used in this course since 2016 and has so far been well appreciated by the students. However if this is your first experience of flipped classroom it may feel a bit unusual and quite different to "more traditional lecture based teaching". The main purposes is to create a more student centered active learning environment which we believe will prepare you for your work-life and equip you with important skills and competences (alongside the content knowledge). This year we are also under the restrictions of the pandemic and we believe our approach will be an added advantage since it is difficult to spend too much time just watching zoom lectures and we will in this course make an effort to engage students in small groups as a complement to the lecturing.
