* Some students would like to have an email-channel instead for slack for more personal feedback.

Ana: better to go to the lab-sessions for help than over the email.
TAs don't have time for personalised help.

* It would be good to have more detailed feedback and some hints in the correction of the submissions.

Ana: Detailed feedback takes a lot of time and it will not allowed several re-submissions as we have now. Some times students make new mistakes after the correction or don't actually address all the comments from the previous feedback, so it is good to allow multiple submissions. This is why we have instead prioritised allowing people to do as many re-submissions within the time frame to the cost of less detailed feedback. Students should go to the lab-session to get more detailed help.

* Students experience different levels of help/support from different TAs, sometimes a student need to ask the same question to different TAs to get right help and that is time consuming.
This said, students are happy with the help they get from most TAs.

Ana:  The TAs are in different stages in their database/education journey so it is natural that the help may vary. It’s in general difficult to recruit TAs to the course. Talk to Ana if there are problems with a particular TA.

* Some students experience long time between the respons from Fire.

Ana: I am aware about one specific TA and have extended the deadlines for the affected groups.

* Fun and creative assignments.
