At this page you will find information regarding degree projects at the Department of Technology Management and Economics (TME) both for students and companies.

At TME a standardized process for thesis work is applied, where the students planning on writing their thesis at the department apply for supervision.
This process aims to ensure that degree projects are handled equally from the perspective of the student, the department and the companies/external organisations.
For the student, this means that there are clear instructions regarding the process, mandatory steps, important dates and more.
For the department's staff, this means, among other things, that all degree projects are handled in the same way administratively, which contributes to efficient use of common resources.
For external stakeholders, this means that the first contact with Chalmers takes place according to an elaborate model that is used by all, which creates security and stability.
The majority of students at TME do their master´s thesis during the spring term.
The degree project at TME is carried out in pairs.
