Dear students,

We really want to thank you for the interesting project presentations you gave this last week before Christmas holiday - you have a done a great work with the SWOT-analyses!

Now we hope that you will have some relaxing time before the spring term starts. As we promised, we have made some exam questions to give you examples on how we will put together the exam of the course. You can find those example questions uploaded under Files.

We teacher will also be off for some Christmas holiday now and answer mail first in the beginning of January.

Start of Project Works!

Hi

Today we introduce your project works which are to be carried out in groups of approx four students/group.

There are four topics to choose from and for each topic, two groups of student will work.

All information about the project group works is uploaded under Files (Project).

We suggest that you choose topics and form the groups by discussing with each other and Ulrika during the forest excusion on Monday 26 Nov. If you cannot attend on Monday, talk to a friend about the project works or mail Ulrika or me about you wishes for topic.

Welcome to the course "Sustainable Biomass Supply"! 

As you see, we are using the new system Canvas and not PingPong for course administration. This autumn, Canvas is tested and next year it will replace PingPong.

We will start the course on Monday 5 November kl 13 in venue ML13. First with an introduction to the course, and then we have lectures where we will discuss Biomass Production on Earth and how Land use and Soil qualities have evolved and implications for productivity. You can read more in the schedule and the course syllabus.
