Mid-course evaluation meeting minutes:
"Student representative comments at mid-course meeting:
No one had received specific comments from the other students but some comments were offered all the same.
First of all, it turns out to be more difficult than anticipated to connect the literature, books rather than the entire course to the MTS theme. After a brief discussion, it became obvious that we need to challenge a narrow definition of technology and look at it as a system instead.
We also briefly discussed the online seminar and preferences for using Padlet or Canvas. In short, neither is good enough and if the course has to involve online seminars that are text-based, a better solution is needed. Padlet, however, appears to have worked better for gallery activities.
The seminar atmosphere and intensity is appreciated and considered appropriate; the room is ok."
