Course purpose

The aim with the course is to give the student basic knowledge of ports and distribution nodes management, organisation and operation. The student will after concluded course have increased the knowledge of ports/distribution nodes infrastructure and logistics and the need of adequate security. Further the student will increase the awareness of how ports and distribution nodes can contribute to the sustainable development goals.

Course design

The course is based on lectures and an assignment.

The assignment will be introduced September 5, 2019 and presented October 2, 2019 (group 1-6) or October 3, 2019 (group 7-12).
